Thank God for Shirtless Men Book Covers to Distract Us

As we wake each morning to war news from Eastern Europe, Twitter has been abuzz with the “controversy” of whether or not romance novels, and books in general, are well-served emblazed with the images of shirtless men. I think we can all state that we are grateful for thus distraction.


The memes and Tweets were delightful, but my favorite was the one of Jonathan Franzen’s literary novel The Corrections with it’s new cover of a shirtless torso. Much improved!
