Even though J Lo is headlining a pro-vax benefit concert in Los Angeles tonight, people are wondering just where Ben Affleck is because the two of them have been spending a lot of time together in LA since she announced her break up with ARod just two weeks ago.
According to The New York Post (who appears to have a reporter sleeping in a car outside J Lo’s Los Angeles home), “Page Six” has pictures of Affleck leaving a white SUV that reportedly belongs to J.Lo as we’ll as a source telling the gossip page that “security picks him up at a nearby location and drops him off after spending a few hours at her house.”
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez were the uber relationship from 2002 to 2004 earning them the nickname Bennifer. After their break up, Lopez went on to marry Marc Anthony in June 2004 while Affleck moved on to marry Jennifer Garner that same year.
The two of them have gone on to have a friendship after their break up and have always had nice things to say about each other in the press. Lopez once said of the relationship, “I think different time, different thing, who knows what could’ve happened, but there was a genuine love there.”
Meanwhile, in a 2021 article in In Stlye, Affleck, called Lopez “the hardest-working person I’ve come across in this business. She has great talent, but she has also worked very hard for her success, and I’m so happy for her that she seems, at long last, to be getting the credit she deserves.”
So, who knows? This could just be another case of old lovers comforting each other like it seems to be with Brad and Jen or a 2021 case of Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton.
