Former Astronaut Buzz Aldin, the second man to walk on the moon in 1969, married for the fourth time on his 93rd birthday this Saturday in a small ceremony in Los Angeles. He married his “long-time” love Dr. Anca V Faur, whom he has been romantically involved with for four years and is the executive vice present of his Buzz Aldrin Ventures, a venture that explores manned trips to Mars.
He posted the news on Twitter.
"On my 93rd birthday & the day I will also be honored by Living Legends of Aviation I am pleased to announce that my longtime love Dr. Anca Faur & I have tied the knot. We were joined in holy matrimony in a small private ceremony in Los Angeles & are as excited as eloping teenagers."
The bride wore a white gown adorned with rhinestones and the groom wore a black suit adorned with pins.
They are both over the moon!
