In just 21 days the American people will vote in 2020’s presidential election between incumbent President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden. And while enthusiasm for both candidates is pretty low, the Democratic party and its base has been trying their best to enthuse younger voters.
In recent additions in their playbook in an attempt to get voters enthused to vote, in one-minute clips posted on social media celebrities get naked in order to get your attention and explain why voting in this upcoming election is so important.
Celebrities like Mark Ruffalo, Josh Gad, Amy Schumer, Sarah Silverman, and even her naked father explain the importance of correctly mailing in your ballot. For example, in Pennsylvania if voters don’t contain their ballot within the two envelopes provided the ballot is labeled a “naked ballot.”
Though I'm not sure how affective this will be in getting people to vote, it certainly got my attention.
