Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez revealed last Thursday to Insider she’s engaged to longtime boyfriend, Riley Roberts.
Roberts dropped the question on AOC a month ago when the two were in Puerto Rico in AOC’s family’s hometown. AOC wanted to take the moment to savor the time before jumping into any wedding planning.
In a tweet where Eliza Relman shared an article saying, “In some lighter news @AOC confirmed to me that she’s engaged,” to which AOC retweeted it saying “It’s true! Thank you all for the well wishes.”
