If you’re looking for something fun you can laugh at and take your children (or if you’re just a Disney fan), Aladdin is the perfect play for you. The entire play is lighthearted and fun, the minutes fly by, and the costume design and stage props were some of the most impressive I’ve seen since Wicked.
If you’re looking for something equally fun, emotional and informative, I’d recommend Come From Away. The show has a set number of crew performing multiple characters while telling so many different stories in the span of an hour and 30 minutes.
If you’re looking for a new take on an old show, I’d recommend The Phantom of the Opera.
Just recently, understudy actress Emilie Koutatchou, will be the first black woman to play Christine Daaé, the main character of the play.
If you’re looking for something with an amazing soundtrack and an emotional story, Dear Evan Hansen is a great play that’ll have you singing along, laughing and crying throughout the show.
