Today is May the fourth or otherwise known as official Star Wars day, a holiday that began in 1979 as a play on the phrase “may the force be with you.” 

It’s the first Star Wars day with the close of the Skywalker saga that began on May 25th, 1977 with Star Wars: A New Hope and ended on December 20th, 2019 with Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker. Though, despite the three-trilogy story coming to a close it hasn’t stopped Disney nor fans from celebrating through the force.

It seems love finds itself even in the smallest of places, even in a galaxy far, far away. 

In a touching video circulating the internet, long time Star Wars fan Lana decided to propose to her boyfriend in the Galaxy’s Edge attraction in DisneyWorld in front of the Millennium Falcon. 

Lana, ever the careful planner, waited for a light-saber meet up—an informal event where Star Wars fans gather in front of the Millennium Falcon at night, cutting their way through the darkness with their lightsabers. As the night goes on, the crowd gets bigger...
